A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for IVUSS attendees. You will receive an email link to the hotel reservation site with your conference registration.

Room Rate through Thursday, June 12, 2025:  $309 CAD per night (currently about $225 USD)

Hotel Cancellation Policy – Should a guest cancel a reservation for any reason, it must be cancelled 72-Hours (3 full days) prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than three days prior to arrival, will be charged one night's room and tax to the credit card on file.

Additional Room Charges/Inclusions
- Rates are subject to all applicable taxes, currently a 3.5% Occupancy Tax per room per night, 5% Goods & Services Tax, 9.975% Provincial tax.
- Rates are quoted in Canadian currency and on a per room, per night basis.
- A $20.00 charge is applicable for each additional adult over double occupancy, to a maximum of 4 adults per room.
- Rates are applicable 3 days prior and 3 post the meeting dates, although guestrooms are subject to availability.
- Early check-out charges will be applied (up to the full amount of the night) for departure dates not changed at the time of check-in.
