The conference will be held at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel. A number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for IVUSS attendees. The special rate will be available through July 31.
You will receive an email with the link to the reservation site with your conference registration.

- An additional 15 Euro/night will be applied for double occupancy.
- Rates are exclusive of city tax of 2% and accommodation VAT of 9%. Should the Romanian Government change the percentage of taxes collected, the hotel will make the changes accordingly, with no prior notice.
- The fees are mentioned in EUR and will be invoiced in RON.
- Check-In time is 3PM, and Check-Out time is 12PM. Additional charges will apply for early check-in or late check-out.
- The fee does not include: room service, minibar products, laundry or ironing services, domestic and international telephony, correspondence, courier etc.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings can be cancelled without penalties until the 25th of July 2023;
- For cancelations received between 26th of July – 15th of August 2023, the cost for the first night will be charged;
- Cancelations received after 16th of August will be charged the value for the full period of accommodation.
